Mission

Our goal was to transform a process that previously took days into one that could be completed in minutes.

My contribution

As the lead UX designer, I worked alongside a junior designer and a UX writer to create an intuitive and compassionate digital experience.

Impact

By simplifying claim submissions and automating policy identification, we enabled eligible beneficiaries to receive payments as fast as 15 minutes after filing a claim.

A seamless way to receive life insurance benefits

Since launch, the digital portal has significantly increased adoption for life insurance claims, reduced operational costs, and improved overall customer satisfaction. The platform is now live, helping customers navigate a difficult moment in their lives with greater ease and efficiency.
